REGISTRATION & ACCOUNT INFO Why should I register at 22ban.com? Registering is very easy, and it will save you lots of time on your future visits. Also, being a registered member of 22ban.com entitles you to use all the site features such as Gift List, Address Book and Calendar. Best of all, you can check the status of current orders online and review your account history by visiting the My Profile section. What do I do if I forgot my password and login name? All you have to do is to email us at customer care. SHOPPING How do I search for a product? If you have a particular product in mind, you can use the search box located at the upper right portion of every page. Just type in the name of product you are looking for. How do I buy? When you have found the gift/s of your choice, please follow the instructions below for ordering: 1. Click the item to go to the Item Details Page In this page you will see all the relevant information of that particular product such as the detailed product description, price, manufacturer, availability of the item, and the larger view of the item picture. You also need to enter the specifications of the items you wish to buy such as the quantity, size, color, design, etc. You can also specify here if you wish to have the item gift-wrapped. Lastly, you must select the recipient of the gift. Located at the bottom portion of the page is the Recipient's List, wherein you can select the recipient of the item you wish to buy. If your intended recipient is not on the list, click the Add Recipient text link and enter the necessary information then click submit. These details will be saved in your address book for future reference. 2. Click the "Add" to ShopCart Button If you're finished entering the product details mentioned above, click the Add to ShopCart button to view your Shopping Cart. (Note: You have to be logged in first to view your shopping cart) Here, you can review the items you have placed in your bag and the specifications of each item. You can make some changes to your order here, such as changing the quantity or deleting an item. In this page, you can also specify your preferred delivery date, personal message, and special delivery instructions. Should you wish to add more items? Click the "Shop More" button to browse more products. If you are finished with your shopping, click the Buy button. 3. Checking Out Here, you can view your shopping bags for final checking. You can also view the details of your total transaction amount including the total amount of items, gift wrapping cost, handling and processing fee, and discount, if any. Recipient's info can still be edited in this page. Click the "Checkout" button after reviewing your bag. 4. Payment Information You will need to enter your credit card information in this page to complete the order process. After entering all the information, click the "Buy" button to complete the transaction. 5. Transaction Completed Once, your order successfully goes through our system, and you will be directed to the Transaction Done page. In this page, you can see the approval number of the transaction. You will also immediately receive an email from us with the details of your transaction. What are my payment options? We accept Visa, Mastercard, and JBC cards in our site. Is it safe to use my credit card in your site? Definitely! Customer information is stored in our secure database. However, credit card information such as credit card numbers, expiration date and names, bypasses 22ban.com servers and is sent directly to Equitable Bank Card Network's secure payment servers. When will my card be charged? Your card will be charged once the transaction is approved. You will receive an auto email containing the details of your order after a successful transaction. Are there any additional charges? Handling and Processing fees and gift wrapping fees are the only additional charges you might incur when you purchase from our site. All of which you will see once you check out. How will I know if my order goes through? There will be a page wherein the approval number will be shown after every transaction. You will also receive an auto email containing the details of your order immediately after your order goes through. If you don't receive any email, please contact our Customer Care department to check the status of your transaction. How do I see the status of my orders? You can check the status of your order through "My Profile" located at the top portion of our website. You have to be logged in to use this section. Once in the "My Profile" page click the Transaction History to view all your previous and current orders. Can I order for multiple recipients? Yes, you can! You can send to as many recipients as you want in one transaction. Use this feature to send gifts to different addresses, whether you're sending the same gift to everybody or different gifts to each address. Assigning gifts to multiple recipients can be done on the Item Page. SHIPPING INFO When will my order be delivered? For first time shoppers, your order will be delivered as soon as you reply to the security query we sent through email. After which we will confirm the availability of the items you ordered with our merchant. Only then can we ship your orders. For regular shoppers, orders will be delivered once the item is available and gift wrapped. Can you gift wrap my order? How much is the charge for gift wrapping? We can gift wrap most of the items found in our site at a very reasonable price. Gift wrapping fee for each item is only 90 cents. However, big items such as refrigerators, television sets, furniture, food items, and other bulky items are not available for gift wrap. Can I order weeks before my intended delivery date? Yes, you can. All you have to do is specify your preferred delivery date before check out. However, there are some items that you cannot order in advance, especially for special occasions or holidays, due to seasonal price changes. How much is the shipping cost? We compute for the shipping cost depending on the size, weight and value of an item and its destination. Aside from the shipping cost, we also charge handling and processing fee. These fees are assigned per item. Do you deliver nationwide? Yes, we do deliver to almost all areas nationwide so long as covered by our Philippines courier Area of delivery. major cities within the Philippines. Do you deliver on Sundays? Deliveries are available from Mondays to Fridays only. However, flowers and cakes can be delivered on Saturdays and Sundays provided you place an order before the cut-off time. Please see our Shipping Info for the cut-off schedule. OTHERS What is "Address Book"? You can use the Address Book to store your recipient's information. This service saves the Recipient's information for a more convenient check out process. Next time you purchase from us, all you have to do is click the pull down address book located at the Item Page and it instantly get the info of the recipient. By doing this, you don't have to put your recipient's address and other info every time you transact with us. What is "Calendar"? This service helps you remember your family and friends on special occasions. You will be reminded of special occasions in advance with an email a week before the special date. If you have a Gift List for a particular person, this will also be included in this email. What is "Gift Finder"? Gift Finder helps you find products that are currently not in our site. If you're looking for a particular product that is not currently offered in our site, use this service to let us know about it and we will source it for you. What is "Gift List"? This service helps you choose gifts for your recipient. If you see something in our site that you wish to give to one of your recipients on special occasions, such as birthday and anniversary, you can use the Add to Gift List button found in the Item Details Page.
